First off, what's up with the fact that I can't use a name unless I'm a liveJournal user? Am I a lesser person for not being a liveJournaler? Well, For those who want to know, this user's name is Stephen, not Anonymous.
Anyway, I saw this pickup Sunday the 6th, by the Maple Village. It is part of a familiar bread of cars in Ann Arbor. You'll often see one at least once a week. My theory is, once a car reaches a certain age, it is a town ritual to spray paint it and then glue old plastic toys all over so it looks like some deformed chunk of coral. Then, since the Michigan prison system is over capacity, overflow offenders are forced to drive around in these cars all day.
What do you think causes people to get accounts, Stephen? I've seen these cars since I moved to Ann Arbor; it's just this is the first time I've seen one since I got my cameraphone and wasn't driving. One weird thing is that I always seem to see them on Stadium, except I'm pretty sure one lives on Third by Liberty.
Maybe I should go arty car hunting. Or I could wait until Art Fair and hunt for all the arty cars with driftwood.
